✦ Sobha Hennur Phase 1 Plan

The Sobha Hennur master plan for Phase 1 is for about 17 of the 45 acres available and will be formally launched by 2026. Further phases will follow a 7 – 12% phase-to-phase escalation pattern typical of Sobha launches of this size. Final unit count, per tower distribution and actual tower heights for Phase 1 will be confirmed at RERA registration.

The Sobha Hennur tower layout is based on Sobha’s standard high-rise template, towers positioned to maximise cross-ventilation, natural daylight and views over internal greens rather than facing each other directly.
